KD Avia, also known as Kolavia, was a Russian regional airline based in Kaliningrad, the Russian exclave on the Baltic Sea. The airline grew substantially during the mid-2000s, positioning itself as a key operator for residents of Kaliningrad Oblast who required air travel to reach the Russian mainland, as the exclave is geographically separated from the rest of Russia by Lithuania and Belarus.
