Iloilo International Airport (IATA: ILO, ICAO: RPVI) is the primary commercial airport serving Iloilo City and the surrounding Western Visayas region of the Philippines. Although officially addressed in Cabatuan, Iloilo, it serves as a key hub for air travel in the central Philippines.
The airport replaced the older Mandurriao Airport, which was located closer to Iloilo City proper. The current facility was developed to accommodate growing passenger traffic and larger aircraft, featuring a modern terminal building with expanded capacity.
Iloilo International Airport handles both domestic and international flights, connecting the region to Manila, Cebu, and select international destinations. It is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) and plays a significant economic role for the Iloilo region.
