Deblin Military Air Base

Dęblin Military Air Base (ICAO: EPDE) is a significant Polish Air Force installation located in Dęblin, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. It serves primarily as a military training facility and is home to the Polish Air Force Academy (Lotnicza Akademia Wojskowa), which trains pilots and aviation officers for the Polish armed forces. The base has a long and storied history dating back to the interwar period, when it became one of Poland's most important aviation centers. It played a role during World War II and has continued to serve as a cornerstone of Polish military aviation education and training throughout the post-war era. As a military installation, Dęblin Air Base does not serve commercial passengers and has no civilian airline operations. It is not open to the general public, and access is restricted to military personnel and authorized visitors.
