Säve Airport, officially known as Göteborg City Airport, is located in the Säve district of northwestern Göteborg, Sweden. Serving as the city's secondary airport, it handled primarily low-cost and charter traffic alongside general aviation and military operations. The airport has a long history as a Swedish Air Force base, previously home to the F9 Flygflottilj wing before military operations ceased. In recent decades it transitioned to civilian use, hosting carriers such as Ryanair at its peak passenger periods. Passenger operations have been significantly reduced and the airport has faced prolonged uncertainty about its future, with commercial scheduled services largely suspended. The site continues to support general aviation, flight training, and some industrial aviation activities.

Säve Airport, known as Göteborg City Airport until 2015, is an airport located 5 NM northwest from the centre of Gothenburg, near Säve, on the island of Hisingen, Bohuslän, Sweden. It is located within the borders of Gothenburg Municipality, hence its former name. It was Gothenburg's second international airport, with international scheduled flights from 2001 to 2015. In addition to commercial airlines, the airport was also used by a number of rescue services, including the Swedish Coast Guard.
