Turin Airport, officially known as Turin Caselle Airport or Sandro Pertini Airport, is the main international airport serving the Turin metropolitan area in Piedmont, northwestern Italy. It is located near the town of Caselle Torinese, approximately 16 kilometres north of Turin city centre.
The airport serves a mix of scheduled and low-cost carriers connecting Turin to major European destinations, as well as some intercontinental routes. It played a significant role during the 2006 Winter Olympics held in Turin, handling increased passenger volumes for the event.
Managed by Torino Airport S.p.A. (formerly SAGAT), the airport is a key infrastructure asset for the Piedmont region, supporting both tourism to the Alps and business travel related to Turin's automotive and industrial sectors.
