By Air

Dumna Airport (JAB) is the city's commercial airport, located roughly 20 km from the city centre. It operates domestic flights connecting Jabalpur to major Indian cities including Delhi and Mumbai; check current routes and operators directly, as schedules change seasonally. Taxi and auto-rickshaw services connect the airport to the city — verify fares locally on arrival.

By Train

Jabalpur Junction is a major railway station on the Mumbai–Howrah main line and is well connected to cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bhopal, and Varanasi. Shared jeep services exist but schedules are irregular — confirm locally.

Bhedaghat & Dhuandhar Falls

The boat ride through the Marble Rocks gorge is the defining experience of a Jabalpur visit. Rowing boats and motorised boats carry passengers through the narrow gorge; the dolomite cliffs glow white or pale grey in daylight and are especially atmospheric on moonlit nights when special night rides are occasionally permitted — verify availability locally. Madan Mahal Fort
