Proflight Commuter Services is Zambia's largest privately owned regional airline, operating scheduled passenger and cargo flights across Zambia and to selected destinations in neighbouring countries. Founded in the early 1990s, the carrier has grown to become a key connector of Zambia's provincial cities and tourist destinations, serving routes that larger international carriers do not cover. The airline operates from its main base at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka, linking destinations such as Livingstone, Mfuwe, Ndola, Solwezi, and Kasama, among others. Proflight plays a vital role in supporting tourism to Zambia's national parks and game reserves, particularly the South Luangwa and Kafue areas. Proflight has steadily expanded its network and fleet over the years, cementing its reputation for reliability within Zambia's domestic aviation market. The airline also operates some regional international routes, including services to Lusaka's neighbours in southern Africa.
