Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM/VABB) is the primary airport serving Mumbai, India's financial and commercial capital. It is the busiest airport in India by international passenger traffic and one of the busiest in Asia, handling over 50 million passengers annually in pre-pandemic years.
The airport is operated by Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL), a joint venture in which the Adani Group holds a controlling stake. It is named after the 17th-century Maratha warrior king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
Located in the Sahar and Andheri neighborhoods of suburban Mumbai, the airport sits on constrained land, having absorbed the former domestic Santacruz Airport into its footprint. It features two terminals serving international and domestic operations respectively.

The airport has two main terminals: Terminal 2 (T2), a modern integrated facility handling most international and select domestic flights, and Terminal 1 (T1), handling domestic operations primarily for low-cost carriers.

The airport is connected to Mumbai's city center by road via the Western Express Highway, by the Mumbai Metro Line 1 extension, and by suburban rail services at nearby Andheri station.
